May 30th
Just moved to Dallas. Now this is a city that knows how to live!! Beautiful sunny days and warm balmy evenings. What a place! I watched the sunset from a park lying outside on a balmy night. It was beautiful. I've finally found my home. I love it here.
June 14th
Really heating up. Got to 100 today. Not a problem. Live in an air-conditioned home with a pool, drive an air-conditioned car, What a pleasure to see the sun everyday like this. I'm turning into a sun worshipper.
I came home this evening to find that the kitchen garbarge had been ransacked. I’m not sure who did it, they both look pretty guilty…Now they’re outside – it’s patio punishment, and Stella is NOT happy about it!  |
We had a small (so they say) earthquake tonight! It was pretty light, though I'm so not used to them they always freak me out just a bit.
