Are You Ready to Run an Ultra?

A lot of folks rest their legs after long runs, but not the Ultra team. For us, Sundays are “Run on Tired Legs” days, or “get off your tired/lazy butt days” as I like to call it.
Thankfully, Sam texted in the morning to coordinate the run, otherwise I would have likely found a really good reason not to, as I often do. And even more thankfully, Ken was able to assemble a mostly shady run to help me out because I got a little too much sun the day before.
After the run, we headed over to Chipotle for lunch. I broke my mostly Paleo diet by indulging in the margarita and chips & salsa I had been dreaming about during the run the day before…
